Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at À Mes Côtés. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
When you place an online order, you will receive an email confirming your order details. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Please note that these timelines are estimates and may be extended if we experience a high volume of orders or during Canadian holidays.
If any item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you by email within 72 hours and issue a refund for that product. We recommend double-checking your order and address details before placing your order, as we cannot guarantee any changes once an order has been submitted.
After your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please keep in mind that we cannot reroute a package once it has been shipped, and À Mes Côtés is not liable for products lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@amescotes.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Be sure to save all packaging materials and the damaged items until your claim has been resolved.
All orders are shipped from Vancouver, Canada to addresses in Canada and the United States. If you live outside of these regions, please reach out to hello@amescotes.com, and we will do our best to accommodate international shipping requests. Please note that additional duties or fees may apply to international orders.
Returns
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure every request is treated fairly. If you have any concerns about your order– whether it’s a damaged item or something else, please contact us at hello@amescotes.com within14 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly include your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damage. We’re here to work with you and make things right.
Exchanges
À Mes Côtés does not accept returns at this time. If you experience any issues with your items, please reach out to us at hello@amescotes.com, and we will do our best to resolve the matter on a case-by-case basis.
